With over 25 years of experience at global tech leaders like Microsoft, Zebra Technologies, and Honeywell, Shailesh brings deep strategic and operational expertise to DDAPL. At Zebra, he helped establish the brand’s presence in India, scaling it from a $100K startup to a multimillion-dollar business. At Honeywell, he led the Scanning & Mobility business across India and South Asia, driving consistent growth and building high-performing teams.
As Founder of DDAPL, Shailesh now shapes the company’s strategic direction, helping clients adopt scalable, tech-driven traceability and automation solutions.

Sanjay Shingate
With a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication and over 20 years in the AIDC industry, Sanjay brings deep technical expertise and domain knowledge. He spent nearly a decade at Honeywell, working on technology initiatives for the scanning and mobility business, and has delivered automation and traceability projects for clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and the public sector.
As Co-Founder of DDAPL, he helps businesses streamline operations through intelligent software, robust hardware, and scalable automation strategies. Known for his hands-on leadership and domain-first approach, Sanjay plays a key role in guiding high-impact technology initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Strategy Lead
With 13 years of experience in enterprise sales and client success, Rohini brings deep expertise in automation, warehousing, and AIDC-led transformation. An Instrumentation and Control Engineering graduate, she has worked with global technology leaders like Honeywell and Schneider Electric, managing strategic accounts and driving customer growth across regions.
At DDAPL, she leads go-to-market and customer outreach initiatives, helping position the brand effectively and unlock new business opportunities.
Rakesh Gaikwad
Solutions Engineer
With over 15 years of experience in technology and automation, Rakesh brings deep expertise in designing innovative, automation-led solutions that accelerate digital transformation and operational efficiency. His career spans solution architecture, system integration, and technology consulting across dynamic business environments.
For the past decade, Rakesh has focused on building complex Auto ID and Data Capture (AIDC) systems, with proven success in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and automotive. In his most recent role at Bartech Systems, he led large-scale solution design and implementation projects, ensuring high performance, compliance, and scalability.
Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Rakesh is passionate about aligning technology strategy with business goals to deliver intelligent, future-ready solutions that drive measurable impact.
Lolitta Deshmukh

With 19 years of professional experience, Lolitta brings a well-rounded understanding of people, processes, and organizational development. Her career spans key roles in the hospitality industry and telecom companies such as BPL Mobile and Vodafone, where she specialized in sales and store operations.
Since joining DDAPL, she has led the HR and administration functions, driving operational efficiency, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. With 25+ years of experience in enterprise IT Infrastructure, telecom, and WAN solutions, Anant has led strategic sales and partnerships across India and the Middle East. He has held leadership roles at Wipro Infotech, Cable & Wireless, Alpha Data, and Kalaam Telecom—driving revenue growth, client success, and complex system integration projects.
An Electronics & Communications Engineering graduate, he now leads enterprise sales at DDAPL, helping scale business through strategic alliances and high-value client engagements.
